Mrs. Huck
Mrs. Huck has worked in the Titusville Area School District for 14 years. Prior to working for Titusville, she worked for IU6 as a Life Skills teacher here at Titusville High School. Mrs. Huck teaches Math and Social Studies. You can connect with her every school day from 12:30-2:30 in the resource room. Mrs. Huck and her husband (who is also a teacher!) have 3 children that keep them very busy with their sports and activities. We are so happy Mrs. Huck has joined our ROC team!
Ms. Davidson
Ms. Davidson began her teaching career with the Clarion Area School District as a secondary math and physics instructor. Ms. D, as her students call her, then began working at Titusville Middle School as a mathematics instructor where she taught for 22 years. While at TMS, Ms. D served as a team facilitator, the chairperson for the Gold Card Program, and participated in the school's tutoring programs. She teaches Math and Physics at ROC. Ms. D is a HUGE Barry Manilow fan. She has attended numerous concerts with her daughter. Ms. Davidson has already been a great addition to our staff!
Rockets Online Campus - Parent Advisory Board
The Rockets Online Campus Parent Advisory Board was created to engage parents, provide a platform for communication, and provide a venue to make positive changes in our online programming and school. The Parent Advisory Board will be a major contributor to helping our Rockets Online Campus improve. Preparing your Child for a Traditional School Day
- An alarm is set daily to get your child up and get them breakfast before catching the bus or taking them to school.
- Students do attendance first thing when they arrive in the school building.
- Student grades and attendance are available through an online portal. If you have a question you call the school where your child goes to get help.
- Student’s book bag is emptied when they get home from school to see what homework they have.
- Your child shows you their homework when they are finished.
- You work as a partner with your school, teachers, and support staff.
Preparing your Child for the Online School Day
- Make a school schedule for at home. This can include having breakfast and starting school work at the same time every day.
- Complete attendance every day. Truancy can occur if you skip doing the attendance app. Think of it as skipping a class if you don’t click in daily.
- Access PowerParent to check your student's grades. Call 814-827-0565 if you need access.
- Regularly ask your child to show you their submissions online.
- Work cooperatively with the Rockets Online Campus faculty and staff. You can call or email us anytime.
